Subway uses "eat fresh" as their slogan because their sandwiches are made from freshly baked bread and fresh ingredients. This appeals to people as it implies that all its ingredients are healthy and this contrasts with other fast food restaurants that are associated with greasy food.
A good analysis of the slogan - what gives it a spoken element? And how does that suit the specific GRAPE? I was expecting an overview of all the data we collected rather than one example.
